How quickly can a technician reach me?
Most bookings are confirmed within 2 hours. We prioritize same-day requests and will communicate a precise arrival window once your booking is accepted.
What if I'm just outside the listed neighborhoods?
Enter your address at checkout — if you're outside our primary zone, we'll let you know immediately. We frequently expand our coverage area and may already be able to reach you.
Do you service commercial fleets?
Yes. We work with fleet managers across all listed zones. Volume and recurring bookings may qualify for priority scheduling. Contact us through the booking form with fleet details.
Is there a service call fee on top of diagnostics?
No separate call-out fee. The service price you see at booking is the total — no hidden charges. You'll see the full cost before confirming.
